Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item to obtain a return authorization number.  Items must be returned in their original condition with the tags attached and must be received by us no later than 10 days from the date you are given your return authorization number. We recommend that you send your return via priority mail or UPS with insurance to protect yourself from the possibility of loss during shipping.  Please send a copy of your invoice with the package.  Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.  As long as items are returned in their original condition, you will receive a full refund, less any shipping charges. We are not responsible for normal wear. 

Returns on Special/Custom Orders: Special/Custom orders are non-returnable and are non-exchangeable.

Gal Pal Products are non-returnable and are non-exchangeable due to the personal nature of the products.
